The World Cup...is the fun over?
Has the fun ended ...? How did time overcome the month of enjoyment and entertainment? Has the function of entertaining at least 2 billion football fans, out of the 8 billion people living on this planet, ended? They enjoy the World Cup competitions. The continents of the Old World—Europe, Africa, and Asia—suffer due to the time differences in match kick-off times. But when the match begins, they think of nothing but admiring the teams they support. Was this enjoyment distributed equally between the poor and the rich? The presence of 48 teams certainly contributed to this. The poor being distracted from their own situation and suffering by following their teams achieve successes they themselves have failed to attain is important, allowing them to continue their lives amidst problems. The World Cup served as a paid vacation from their troubles.
