Political and economic decision-making in the world.
Issuing a law or decision that affects the lives of a people deserves the decision maker or the one who has the power to implement it in some countries, the president of the republic, or in others the prime minister. This decision deserves further study and choosing different scenarios to solve the problems facing the ruling political bodies.
Governments resort to political and economic research centers in universities. They are supposed to refer problems to these research centers. Which in turn send governments different scenarios for solutions. So that governments or decision-makers can choose the appropriate scenario or solution for any problem. Usually, governments study these solutions from the side of the various ministries, so they survey the opinions of the ministries of defense, foreign affairs, economy, media, and information agencies such as intelligence, in addition to consultants and technical offices attached to the President of the Republic or the Prime Minister. Therefore, we see that issuing a decision is a complex process in which aspects of the problem are studied by specialists in the field who follow everything new in the same field and are far from administrative burdens, official visits and press conferences... which distracts ministers from examining a specific problem. The minister or his assistants may overlook an important point to solve the problem if the solution is individual by an individual decision on the part of the minister... All advanced countries involve most of the specialists in solving problems and long-term planning. Consequently, the error rate decreases and the people's rejection of any government decision decreases.
Rather, society and people accept the government decision that stems from a careful study of a problem..and that on this planet there are advanced countries that apply these stages of decision-
making. And there are other countries that tend towards the individual solution stemming from the person who makes the decision alone with or without studying the issue..so that there is suffering for society or the part that applies individualism from the decision-maker or maker.
