  كأس العالم و الدول الناميه  ..... ان عادة هناك دول فى العالم لديها امكانيات سياحيه كبيرة و لديها اماكن سواء تاريخيه او طبيعيه مثل شواطئ جميله تجذب الناس اليها ...و لكن تبقى امور اخرى تنقص هذه الدول التى تمتلك امكانيات اعطاه الله و هى لم تفعل اى شئ لتستفيد من هذه الأشياء التى ارسلها الله اليها ...لم تبنى مطارات حديثه لاستقبال الطائرات من كل العالم حامله معاها ملايين من السائحين ...لم تبنى خطوط سكك حديد تربط المدن السياحيه و المدن الكبيرة ...لم تبنى خطوط مترو انفاق لربط المطارات بها بوسط المدينه السياحيه ..لم تنشئ شبكه من الطرق لخدمه المدن السياحيه و شبكه من المواصلات العامه للاتوبيسات نظيفه و منتظمه...لم تعطى تراخيص لبناء المطاعم و الفنادق فى الاماكن السياحيه ...و ان هذا الكلام ينطبق على الدول الناميه ...التى لديها امكانيات طبيعيه و اثار تاريخيه و مقومات كثيرة تجذب ملايين السائحين من العالم و لكنها لا تستفيد منها .. ...تجئ شروط الاتحاد الدولى لكرة القدم اعطاء حق تنظيم دوله معينه لبطوله كأس العالم لتمنع الدول الناميه من تنظيم البطوله  ...كل الشروط و المواصفات التى ذكرتها...
